The time of the first Bachelorette has finally come last Friday and I’m super happy with how it all turned out ? (besides a couple of minor incidents obvi because I wouldn’t be me if everything would go smooth right? ??).
It all started out on Friday afternoon with Silvija & me getting Natasa, the bride-to-be, and pretending to drive around some weird ways, so she wouldn’t know where we were off to. She got her goodie bag with a bikini, bride strap and bride-to-be hair headband in it and was left clueless as to what we were up to ? The only clue she had was the bikini ?. And so we were on our way to our first activity for the Bachelorette weekend: the hotel Manon les Suites. Once a month, the hotel throws a pool lounge party, and what better way to start out a Bachelorette weekend than with a pool party?! ? With all the girls waiting at the hotel entrance, we were ready for some splashing ?
Upon arrival, we all received bathing bags containing slippers, bathing ropes, bottles of water and towels. We were shown to our private sun beds, got some snacks and champagne served and were just hanging out. It was a little awkward at first because we didn’t anticipate people showing up in suits, especially when we’ve come with the intention to jump in the pool ?. But it turned out to be fine and not awkward at all actually. The water temperature was perfect and we had such a blast playing water ball and chilling in the pool.
The employees were very friendly, even though they were quite stressed, so that is a major bonus point! I cannot stress how much good customer service means nowadays. They did everything right and kept calm, while multiple people made demands from all sides. Very, very impressed with that ?!
I will definitely be going back to this place and can recommend it to everybody with a good conscious that it’s worth a visit – whether at the monthly pool party or not.
A big thank you to Jacob, the event manager, for making this possible, being so kind and easy to work with ?. It was a pleasure working with you!
Most importantly, the bride-to-be liked the Bachelorette kickstart at Manon les Suites and that’s all that matters.
Stay tuned for Day 2 of Tasi’s Bachelorette coming soon ?.
Thanks for stopping by & blog to you soon!
