Hello ladies (or gentlemen that want to buy their ladies active wear and secretly hint they should start working out) 😂
Either way, here’s the gym wear / active wear (whatever you wanna call it) style guide. When I packed out my suitcase and looked into my gym wear drawer, I realized I needed some new active wear because mine is so worn out already – so I thought you might need some too and decided to make this post, tada!
I chose a more affordable but qualitative brand from Sweden for the gym wear because let’s face it, ain’t nobody gonna pay around 100€ for proper freaking tights from Nike, Adidas & co (but we are gonna pay for their shoes, am I right? 😂)
Jokes aside, I chose to go for a couple different gym wear styles, just because we are all different and like to wear more tight/loose clothing when working out. I personally don’t like to wear only pants and a sports bra to the gym because I don’t feel comfortable with the looks you get, but if that’s your thing, go for it – I don’t judge.
Oh, and FYI – I know you write gym wear in two separate words but I already made all collages and was too lazy to correct my mistake, so just go with the flow, alright? 😂
That’s it for today, happy working out! If you need some legs & booty focused workout inspo, check out my workout plan 🍑.
