Leg-focused HIIT workout

Hope everybody is doing great! So, a couple of days ago, I asked you guys on my Instagram story what you would like to see more of on my blog and a lot of people were interested in gym related content. And honestly, I don’t even know why I never post about fitness because that is literally what my life revolves around 😂. I just never considered myself the bodybuilding-type-of-gal and thought you had to be one to make credible videos. But I changed my mind when I saw how many of you actually want to see my gym routines 😍.

So I went to the gym yesterday with the original purpose of taking some pictures of my gym outfit. Once I got there, I changed my mind and thought ok whatever, I might as well just film my entire workout. I decided to do a fat-burning high intensity workout for legs and show you how I get my heart rate going without having to be bored to death on a treadmill.

Quick side note:

What I mean with 3 sets without break is that you do the exercises with the recommended amount of repetitions 3 times right after each other. You can first take a break after you completed the circuit for the 3rd time. When I say 4 sets with break I mean that you can take a break after every time you finish a set (10 reps).
